Hoodia vs Reductil

As any one used Hoodia Extreme does it work is it similar to reductil more effectve or not?

I've been on Reductil for the last four weeks, lost 6kg in first two weeks, 1.5kg in the third week, and this last week feel like the pills have lost their effectiveness.
I've been considering Hoodia Extreme too.
